1. About Vectavia
Vectavia Technology Ltd. provides a free AI governance self-service workspace and optional advisory services. The toolkit is intended to help organizations structure AI governance records, not to replace legal advice or certify compliance.
2. Who may use the service
Users from any country may register for the free workspace, subject to these terms and applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service is lawful in your location and appropriate for your organization.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.
4. Free toolkit
The free toolkit helps you create AI inventory records, risk definitions, privacy screening questions, policy notes, vendor reviews, controls, monitoring reviews, and governance reports. The output is educational and operational guidance only. It is not legal advice, regulatory approval, audit certification, or a guarantee of compliance.
5. Advisory services
Consulting and advisory services are separate from the free toolkit and may require a separate proposal, scope, engagement letter, or written agreement.
6. User content
You retain responsibility for the content you enter into the workspace. Do not upload or paste confidential documents, personal data, customer records, employee files, credentials, medical or financial information, source code, or other sensitive material unless you have appropriate authorization and safeguards.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use Vectavia to break the law, infringe rights, attack the service, scrape or overload systems, upload malware, misrepresent identity, or store abusive, unlawful, or harmful content.
8. Suspension and removal
Vectavia may suspend accounts, restrict access, or delete abusive, unlawful, harmful, or security-risk content when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or legal obligations.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service useful and available, but we may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product develops.
10. Liability
The free toolkit is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, Vectavia is not responsible for decisions made solely from toolkit output without appropriate professional review.
